Noonoosh Shakernia, BSN, RNC-MNN, is a highly skilled aesthetic nurse injector recognized for her precision, clinical expertise, and commitment to achieving natural-looking results. With more than 20 years of nursing experience, she brings a strong medical foundation and meticulous attention to detail to every treatment she performs. Her background includes extensive work in high-acuity hospital environments, where she held leadership roles in mother-baby, labor and delivery, and prenatal care, and also served as an adjunct professor teaching high-risk labor and delivery. This experience has shaped her calm, patient-centered approach and dedication to the highest standards of safety and care. Specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, Noonoosh is passionate about advanced aesthetic techniques that enhance natural beauty. She believes in personalized care and thoughtful treatment planning, utilizing the latest aesthetic technologies to deliver refined, balanced, and long-lasting results.

Sade Barrington, DNP, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of clinical and procedural experience spanning aesthetic medicine, dermatology, and men’s health. She specializes in developing individualized aesthetic and wellness plans that integrate evidence-based medicine with regenerative and longevity-focused therapies. Sade began her healthcare career serving in the United States Army as a combat medic and later as a Licensed Practical Nurse, completing her military service as a Mother-Baby nurse at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington. Following her military service, she completed the LPN-BSN Career Mobility Program through the University of Oklahoma before building her clinical foundation in cosmetic surgery, where she gained extensive experience in the operating room, clinical practice, and post-anesthesia recovery.

Motivated to expand her clinical expertise and scope of care, Sade earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami, later returning to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice.

Throughout her career, Sade has worked across cosmetic surgery centers, dermatology practices, and aesthetic clinics, where she developed expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, laser-based treatments, regenerative therapies, and comprehensive skin health. In addition to aesthetics, she practices in men’s health and hormone optimization, providing evaluation and management of testosterone deficiency, metabolic health concerns, regenerative treatments, and medical weight management.

When she is not helping patients reach their health and aesthetic goals, she enjoys staying active through hiking, paddleboarding, and yoga. Her adventurous side is balanced with spending time at the beach or park with her miniature schnauzer.
